1st Summit Bank adds Allison Johnson as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer/Chief Enterprise Risk Officer in addition to celebrating its 100th year in business in 2024.
Ms. Johnson has over 17 years of experience of leading high-performing teams all while managing complex financial challenges and opportunities. The experience and expertise she brings with her to 1st Summit Bank along with the reputation she’s gained as a developer of people is invaluable. Her added enjoyment of training, coaching, and creating engaged environments are traits that are sure to align well within 1st Summit.
Prior to joining the team, Allison was the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Mid Penn Bank in Harrisburg. Prior to Mid-Penn, she spent 6 years as CFO at Spirit of Texas Bank, SSB in Conroe, TX, and 6 years with Florida Community Bank, N.A. in Weston, FL, where she held various financial roles. Allison began her career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLC in New York, NY and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Allison received her Master of Accounting degree at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL, and her Bachelor of Science, Accounting degree at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
