1st Summit Bank is excited to announce the opening of its 18th location in the Eldorado Community of Altoona, PA. The newly renovated office located on 6th Avenue (Route 764) is tentatively scheduled to open in the Fall of 2023. The former bank-occupied site sits as the endcap of the plaza that houses Zach’s Sports Bar and Old Carolina Barbecue.
“This new location will allow us to provide improved service and convenience to the over 2,000 customers we already serve within Altoona and its surrounding communities, as well as to many new customers in this market,” said J. Eric Renner, 1st Summit Bank’s CEO and President.
In 2020 1st summit bank expanded its Blair country presence beyond its in-store Walmart Office by opening a Loan Production Office in Hollidaysburg, PA. The addition of the Eldorado Branch will be the bank’s 3rd location in Blair County, with another 15 locations serving communities throughout Cambria, Somerset, Indiana and Westmoreland counties.
