Celebrating its 100th year in business in 2024, 1st Summit Bank is proud to announce the appointment of four new Business Relationship Managers – Sean McCool and Susan Martin as Business Relationship Managers in the Cambria/Somerset areas as well as the addition of John Kline, VP & Sr. Regional Business Relationship Manager in Westmoreland County, and Aaron Lantzy, VP & Sr. Regional Business Relationship Manager in Blair County.
Understanding the value of having a trusted bank representative at their customers’ fingertips, 1st Summit Bank is confident that these four new additions will provide the necessary support to their commercial customers and our growing Community Office presence. These valuable additions will help ensure that the excellent service 1st Summit Bank customers are accustomed to is maintained throughout all the markets we serve.

Sean McCool will be working primarily in the Cambria/Somerset County market. His years as a marketing, communications, and public relations professional have helped shape him for this new opportunity. His dedication to community and local businesses is shown through the work he has done alongside many of them throughout his previous roles and his personal volunteering efforts.
Susan Martin’s dedication to 1st Summit Bank spans over 28 years, from her initial role as a Customer Service Representative to her most recent position as a Sr. Personal Banking Officer and Manager in our Westmont Community Office. Her extensive experience and deep business relationships, along with her commitment to excellence make her a strong addition to the Business Relationship Management Team. She will work with Sean McCool to support the businesses in the Cambria/Somerset County market.
With over 36 years of Banking experience, John Kline represents a solid addition to 1st Summit Bank’s already strong Business Relationship Team in Westmoreland County. Working out of our Latrobe Office, John joins Jonathan Tapocik in our Murrysville Office and Janeen Moffa in our new Eastgate Office to support this valuable and growing business community.
John’s vast experience includes Business Relationship Management and Leadership roles at other financial institutions, both large and small, in and around the Westmoreland County market.
1st Summit’s latest addition, Aaron Lantzy brings valuable relationships and perspective to the Blair County market, having grown his expertise through a career of successful Sales and Customer Service Leadership roles over the last 14 years at various banks in and around Blair County.
